Mapleshade customer service not returning calls

I placed an order for a Mapleshade audio rack a few weeks ago, but decided on changing the feet for the rack.
I made two calls, each a week apart and left my phone number, but no one has called back.
I also called Pierre today about the non-response from customer service but he didn't call back either.
I thought perhaps they were closed down for a couple weeks for vacation, but I don't see anything on their website indicating this. Or maybe they're really busy and just shorthanded, I don't know.
I know my rack is going to take at least a month or more to be ready but my complaint is about the non-response from customer service.
Anyone else experienced this with Mapleshade or is it just my bad luck?
