There's no crawlspace to get under the house to fish the wire.
That would make the job a lot easier.
I just don't know if investing over $1000 to install a dedicated line is worth it.
Plus all of the drywall that will need to be repaired.
Unfortunately, a lot of the newer homes in Tucson and Oro Valley have this type of architecture of vaulted ceilings. I went up in the attic myself and I can see there's very little room.
