Liz Story is one of my favorites, too

Saw her live in Atlanta many years ago. I was amazed at how closely she plays live to the recorded versions. No doubt her training at Juilliard helped her technical skills. My wife I and used Wedding Rain for our wedding, too.

As for an audiophile Christmas music event, we were in Salt Lake City recently and attended one of the Sunday Music and Spoken Word concerts at the Mormon Conference Center.

360 voices. 110 piece symphony. Pipe organ with 32' stops. Truly immense space. Unamplified. Massive soundstage size with articulate transparency and focus. Images hang in there air before you on a truly enormous scale. Rendered with an RT evoking the size of Montana. Very emotional.

You can find some Youtube videos of past performances for a sample. :)
