If you actually need an EQ, the Behringer is worthless. The chances of needing EQ around any of its nine (count 'em!) frequencies is just about zero. For any effective EQ, you need to be able to center boost or cut around the "problem" frequency, with variable amounts of boost/cut and Q (width).
There are great EQs out there - the Manley Massive Passive is certainly one, but it's expensive. There is also great EQ software that you can use when running anything through a computer. The Metric Halo EQ plug-ins for their interfaces is excellent, as is the UAD software implementation of the Manley unit (runs on their Satellite boxes.) If you have ProTools or Logic or some other DAW package, there are many EQ plug-ins to pick from.
Unless you actually have a specific need for EQ, I suggest skipping it.
