greetings: i am interested in an amp that the seller listed for local sale. he has had bad experience with shipping gear thats been damaged. he is willing to ship the amp to me if i am listed as the shipper and assume th responsibility of dealing with any claims and assume the risk of any uncompensated damage.
has anyone heard o doing this? done it?
do you know if UPS/FedEx would go along with this approach and settle a claim wirh the recipeint (who is also listed as the shipper)?
i welcome your thoughts and expereiences.
thanks
