Don't know if any of you have run into this, but you will if you haven't yet ;--)
Without notifying anyone, AgoN has made any money in your customer account available ONLY to pay THEIR transaction fees. So if you have been carrying a balance to place ads (like I did) you can no longer use that money to pay listing fees!
Meantime, I had an ad for two Symposium shelves. I had a full price offer on one (pending the buyer's approval of shipping charges.) Agon not only "expired" my ad (when there was still one item left to sell -- yes, it said "2 available" in the title), but they took their "transaction fee" without the first item/sale actually closing (which it didn't!)
So now I have a PayPal claim against them fo refund the money I last posted to my AgoN account, since their action constitutes fraud. This should be interesting. I'll keep you all posted.
But be warned! Don't put any more funds into your AgoN account if you expect to use them to pay for ad listings.
