Not sure what tests you mean.
I use Skype to talk/video with Sweden, France, U.K., Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
Usually with no problems, but once in a while a lost connection happens.
It's free on the computer, so I can't complain about an occasional issue.
Though I've not kept records, I'd say 1 out of 10 calls might have some issue, especially if video is also being used.
In general, I don't use the video function and Skype is essentially a free long distance international call from computer to computer.
