My book is on sale direct from the GBS website at $33.37.
Amazon lists it:
2 new from $98.50
6 used from $98.49
This has been going on for over a year.
I've never sold it for resale to Amazon, nor to any of the Amazon resellers who claim to have it.
Sometimes (I'm not exaggerating) they'll have it listed at over $195!
