explain the the situation and date, get the name's of those you speak with, If they don't resolve it, than ask to speak with a supervisor and do it all over. Sometimes company's delay issuing the credit, but most will eventually get it right. And of couse you already know, use a CC, even thru pp when buying online. Good luck! 866-506-6868
