...while alot of the posts regarding company product support end up being negative i would like to give a plug for emm labs superb technical support. i recently had a problem with my cdsa-se player and the entire process from shipping to canada to the work being done in a timely manner with great contact info from deven, at emm labs, was very professional. they even went to bat for my player when it was stuck in customs.
