Any company that loaded up on debt in anticipation of constant, or increased, volume.
And probably any company that doesn't offer real value for the price (that does not necessarily mean purveyors of "cheap" gear). By "value" I mean sonic performance, reliability, physical attractiveness and "we care about you" customer service.
And perhaps any company that depends solely or primarily on selling gear with five-figure price tags. I would expect to see the number of "statement" products diminish, because the market probably won't support them.
