It's my understanding that the supply of cabinets is a serious problem for Spendor and Harbeth. Apparently the people who can do this are getting older and scarcer and the prices just keep going up.
I wonder if they'll ever go to overseas construction? I wonder what a Sp1/2R would sell for that wasn't built in the U.K.? Less than five grand, I'd think.
