Audiogon problems

Im having problems with my Audiogon account and I emailed Audiogons support and they are no help at all. The problem is that I can log in but can send emails to sellers or place bids or anything, I get a weird error message
"Set-Cookie: lst=1147789469; expires=Fri, 31-Dec-2009 00:00:00 GMT; domain=.audiogon.com; path=/; Content-type: text/html"

And the email doesnt get sent. i emailed Suport at audiogon and they claim they dont even ave an account under that email which isnt true because I have the email from when they confirmed my account and I can sign in on the account. I really dont know what to do and there is an item I would like to purchase but cant because i cant email the guy! Any ideas?? Audiogon support really sucks they werent willing to help at all, like they couldnt be bothered with my problem???? Please help me!
