I posted on this site, for a number of reasons. The simplest reason is they have a General post, where I can vent my frustration.I have been participating in these two websites for the last 2 years ... it started when I was researching my equipment purchases for my first dedicated room. I very quickly discovered some of the key players and realized that unfortuantely, things are not always what they seem. I made some friends from this website with personal emails and eventually phone calls and I came to learn a lot of the truth behind this industry. I'm sure I only know a fraction of it !!!! I quickly discovered how certain posts suddenly appeared to support certain equipment and realized that things were censored to some extent ... largely for commercial reasons.
I know there has been a lot of attention on emmlabs recently ... Despite assurances that all is well, what is going on these websites is very disconcerting for owners and potential buyers of this equipment. So, when a post goes missing, or unanswered, or hijacked, you have to wonder ??? When people are "sadly" unloading their equipment at less than 50% you have to ask questions, especially when they supported it strongly to begin with. Eventually, the truth comes to light.
