I bought my Harman Kardon avr 135 factory refurbished on ebay for a little less than $200 (check out seller Harmanaudio). So far I've been pretty pleased with my cheap little set-up with the Athena Micra system. I'm sure you could get better sound for more money, but I think it's pretty pleasing for the amount I have invested.
