We've had many discussions on this site about the poor dealers not able to properly offer demos and gaurantee satisfaction. The fact that you are still in business, and, something tells me, enjoy a large and loyal base of happy repeat customers I think shows this whole line of discussion to be a little disingenious. Other dealers might want to make a mental note.
