I'm getting in touch with some acoustical consultants to see if we can do something with this room that will work, and not offend the wife's sense of style and decoration. I did move the speakers apart last night to 6'3" Center to center. That seemed to help, but there is thinness in the midrange I don't like (Think this is what's been bugging me). I tilted them back a bit which helped, and will work on the position more tonight.
So you don't like the Stealth Dave? I didn't think it was too bad. It’s a touch light in the bass, but I wouldn't call it veiled. Mine has some cap & IC upgrades (AD797), did yours?
