a decent white paper advising how the thing works......I've heard the chip's effects, but feel it was akin to the changes wrought by Optrix, a CD cleaner, that takes the edges off CDs sound. Yes I heard the difference, but it was subtle.........Oh, BTW, I am not a retailer, but a manufacturer.......I try to keep abreast of the latest tweaks and usually find they don't work or I don't like the effect and prefer to play with wires, connectors and small parts instead as they are more clearcut than the effects of items like the intelligent chip.........Any other questions?
