.....and I had to resolve it this way:i sold a $3000 cdp to a dude in FL. he receives it and says it is broken. i am nice and concerned and arrange to have it fixed. the repair man tells me it's fine. the guy files a dispute with his cc co. thru paypal (never again) and the ass hole wins. he then, get this, sells MY cdp on agon to another buyer and now has the money back, and the cdp and the new sale undder his belt.
i'm pissed.....so i do a google search on the guy, plus directory assistance and i find out where he works. i have a friend of mine call there posing as an FBI agent out of the Orlando office calling to investigate a case of interstae fraud.
i had my check in 2 days.
