I suspect he minimized his own arrogant and obnoxious behavior.Had the store owner grabbed him by the back collar of his shirt and tossed him out on the sidewalk, I would agree that he showed poor manners. As it was, I suspect the owner used a lot of restraint. He would not have asked someone to leave or been rude to someone he thought would be a paying customer. You haven't heard his side of the story.
