I haven’t seen it mentioned here, so in case you missed it, the San Francisco Chronicle had a couple of articles last Sunday about Monster Cable, including the trademark issue that has been discussed here. The main article was a profile of the company’s founder Noel Lee and a history of the company. Despite my reservations about their products, I have to acknowledge their marketing acumen at almost single-handedly establishing a market for premium cables.
