...we had half the neighborhood over for a BBQ last night, and I notic.d "Tom" (about 65, retired N.Y.C. c.p) was lightly poking the grille on one of my speakers. He definitely looked a bit perplexed, and asked:"What are these?"
O.K., I'll bite...
"They're speakers"
Tom: "Oh... I didn't know they made speakers upright!"
Huh?
Well, I suppose if you didn't spend 10 hours a day in here, a stand-mount plus a stand c.uld be c.nstrued as "upright".
P.S. - The lump c.abmeat was hardly touc.ed... I c.n't believe it!
