Good things:
People seem to listen to what you say more often than they used to.The bagger at the grocery store calls you "Sir".
I can test drive expensive cars now because the dealers think you may actually buy it.
Years of experience!
If I don't spend all weekend partying at the clubs my friends don't think less of me.
Older divorced ladies start checking you out
Bad things:
Hair is growing places where it shouldn't and not growing in places where it should.I can predict the weather with my joints.
Feeling tired a lot more than I used to.
The bagger at the grocery store calls you "Sir".
When you smile at the girls in the mall they don't smile back anymore. Instead they get that look on their face that says "Oh My god that creepy old guy is checking us out" :-)
