"change the world of audio" is a claim difficult to live up to. I can only think of quad speakers and LP-12 which can be legitimately called so, therefore it would be unfair to judge all listed components against such claim.With that said, I find it interesting that you brought Roksan Xerxes and DNM speaker cables as dubious examples. I consider those two as products that went against conventional wisdoms and achieved real improvements from their innovative approach. Certainly not the typical, boring, expensive and of dubious sonic merit products that Stereophile pushes. I'm pleasantly surprised that they are included in the list.
