I consider my elites at $2.5K as a hell of a deal, as far as the price/performance ratio goes. I haven't heard the mystiques but if what folks say is true (a slightly less detailed elite) then it would be of even better value.Neat speakers can be setup near the front wall, indeed. Mine is currently a foot from the front wall, which might be farther from the wall than most elite setups.
