*** No way! Did you intentionally misread the "much of" comment or was it intentional. Your ability to provide a couple of examples is meaningless.***I did none of the above. Pointing to the premier work in the field is not, despite your misrepresentation "provide a couple of examples". While it certainly does provide a couple of examples, it also shows what the scientist expects in this context for "scientific" inquiry.
Your avoidance of the context, furthermore, where the original author confuses mathematical certainty and scientific acceptance, is noted as well. Given this context, your representation of "misreading" becomes, as I personally believe you well knew in advance, an exercise in attempting to escape the context on your part.
Your retraction, sire?
Now, the heart of the original poster's arguments confused mathematical certainty with scientific acceptance. You seemed to agree with me originally. You posted regarding the issue yourself. You know, and you have demonstrated that you know, both of and about this issue. None the less, you have confused the poster's statements IN THAT CONTEXT with the same statements taken out of context and isolated.
