Nice response curve on the speaker illustrated in the attachment. I'm trying to think who else uses the Excell. Anybody know? The overall response of the Harbeth slopes ever so slightly from the midrange on out, which doesn't hurt either. I think - somebody check me on this - that in the other speaker line that uses the Excell, the response is as flat as the one in the attachment here, which would tend to make it a tad less sweet and correspondingly a tad more extended sounding. Same range but response up a db or so. We're splitting hairs here, I know, but audible hairs nonetheless.
