Sam,
I'll be very interested in what you find. I've heard the Bryston with two or three speakers: I think that it's very good, neutral, reliable, and quiet; however, compared with some more expensive amp.s, I found it a little dry and reticent. I have the Tyler Acoustics Reference System and an ELAD and a Rega Planet. I've tried the ATI AT-1502, EDGE M-6, and a Llano S200. I'm using the Llano now; it's noisier than the Bryston, but I find it detailed, warm, and musical. I haven't used the Bryston with the Tylers, but I'd expect it to be
a little cooler. The EDGE and the Llano both provide a much bigger
and especially deeper soundstage than some of the other amp.s that
I've heard. What do you feel are the shortcomings of the Sonographe?
All three of your choices sound pretty good. Currently, I'm interested in hearing the Marsh and the new PS Audio.Good luck,
Jan
