I sent a speaker in for a warranty repair. The vendor shipped it back UPS. Apparently I wasn't home when they came by, so they left my $1500 rosewood baby in a flowerbed in my front yard, behind a bush. I didn't find it for three days. Lucky it didn't rain.I called to complain and they said, well, it's a safe neighborhood.
