I received damaged speakers once, that were delivered by UPS, and the claim and payment process were both very smooth and amiable. It may have helped that I was receiving the product from a manufacturer, not a private A'gon seller.However, I no longer use them as a carrier because they simply do not take adequate care of parcels. I continue to be surprised that they are still in business.
