The UPS claim guy who comes to your house is all Mr. Nice Guy. They'll be friendly and chatty and supportive. But the back room truth is different. I went through this with a sculpture. UPS calims guy smelled all nice and sweet, dressed professionally, and was all friendly and all inquisitive about the dog and family. Claim was totally denied.Just curious, did he write up the report and state, perhaps not in the exact words he told you, his opinion? If so did he give you a copy of the report. I suppose you could have said Great to hear it Brent, I need that in writing please. Probably would have been useless but I like to hold people at their word, get them to commit to it.
