UPS claim dispute Step4:The Worm Turns

I should have known it wasn't going to be as easy as it seemed.
UPS has administered the green weenie to me.

When i last posted the UPS claims rep,Brent "it sure looks like sufficent packing and by golly it looks like we dropped it from a long ways up"had okayed the payment on repair to my speaker.

Friday the seller receives a letter from UPS denying the claim.
I call Brent and he sez UPS has told him that "improper paper work" on the sellers end caused the denial.
I call UPS and they say improper packing.I will no longer waste time calling anyone at UPS.

I have e-mailed the seller pics of damaged speakers which he has sent to UPS with a dispute of claim.I am lucky that the seller is a stand up Audiogoner who seems as mad as me about the entire situation.

I am posting this step by step process as info in case any of you find your self going thru the same ordeal.

I'm thinking Brent is a shithead liar and this is the new routine.Okay the claim on his end,make happy faces and then deny it later.
He's probably a satanistic progger.
