I've always wondered how

a product like the Tact handles room reverberation.

Typically its room reverb that causes most of the problems in the bass. Too long a reverb time causes bass to boom and sound muddy.

So how exactly does a Tact correct for a loudspeaker with flat response placed in a room with too little absorbtion in the bass i.e the typical scenario?
