Mid-Eighties Carver Magnetic power field amps.
I had AR9's then. these would cough up a pair of these Carver amps per week. I had bough them from a large chain in New England since gone away. They had good return policy. After about 3 pairs I bought a pair of Hafler DH500 kit amps and built 'em myself. No more problems. The guy I sold them to is still using them without a problem almost 16 years after I built them.
