I was referring to a DPDT switch on the speaker outputs, and a good switch has no measurable impedance, therefore it is like a corresponding length of wire, negligable, and the same for both sides in any case. Funky switches that have bad contacts can ause all sorts of problems, but if you are concerned about absolute phase, don't buy cheezy switches, check 'em out.Sorry but the higher resolution the system, the more everything in the signal path is heard ;-) Even whether the speaker cables lays on the floor or is suspended makes a difference (which does vary from cable to cable).
