On a more serious note [compared to my first reply], the first thing I notice is transparency vs veil and dynamics vs compression due to insufficient power.- A LOT of tube gear [but not all] will sound warm, lush, and robust but often at the expense of transparency.
- In my experience power does not corrupt! Clean power brings music to life. Insufficient power will produce a compressed or anemic sound. I say this more in the context of 'real world' speakers, not niche high efficiency speakers that run on flea power.
