This entire wasted thread could have been avoided if you were clear up front in your initial post.First it's 8 feet and then it's 4 feet. The confusion lies in the misinformation in your first post. From your initial post one is lead to believe that your speakers are more than 8 feet out. And I quote, "The stats are slightly more than 8 feet out" .
Why would I ask why your speakers were so far out into the room when the Sound Labs FAQ says your model requires only 3 feet? That's the only reason I brought up the Sound Labs FAQ. I don't know anyone who places their speakers 8 feet out into their listening room.
And then you go on to say they're only 4 feet into the room in a SUBSEQUENT post. Based on this LATER "clarification" and photo your stats are not even close to 8 feet out.
