RE: Among my first were Flim & The BB's

Their early releases were direct to digital live recordings often used for sound demo purposes. Extremely articulate but almost restrained in that they never seemed to let loose. I guess to me the "toe tapping" feel was missing. The band was extremely talented, so I don't know if it was the recording or their constraint in live direct to DAT conditions.

Nice to see their catalogue grew with releases on major labels. Great reviews from people who are just discovering them.
