I don't think most of the RVG Blue Note remasters would qualify or be marketed as "audiophile" recordings. They are for the most part great jazz "performances". Almost nothing from the 50-60's period of jazz recordings if not all recordings from that time period could be considered audiophile. They were state of the art of their time but suffer from the limitations of the technology of the time. I own most of the 200 RVG Blue Note remasters and they are sublime.
