I find the percussion to be extremely life-like on my system.
When I know that the neighbors are out I very much enjoy listening to the Kodo drummers (Sheffield Lab Live recording on cd) and the Drummers of Burundi (Live at Real World cd) at realistic volumes. I've seen both acts live and un-amplified and at home when I close my eyes it feel and sounds as if I am actually there!
No problems at all but both recordings can literally take your breath away!
