-We went through our own hell with RF about 10 years ago and really had to sort it out. We had a reviewer who lived on a hill 1/2 block from a 50,000 watt transmitter antenna. We got things to the point that even with straight tracking arms with wires flying out of them we didn't have any problems. The reviewer commented that there were only a few brands that were quiet and unaffected in his environment. I felt lucky to join them (despite what we went through to accomplish that). In more modern times cell phones are common along with Wifi and neither have proved an issue. I use a 5-watt business band hand-held transceiver (similar to units used by security at rock concerts) to make sure we are still in assurance.
So I insist that if you mind your Ps and Qs you can pull it off, and one of the side benefits is that the system is lower noise. BTW this was one of the ways we got the noise floor down in our preamps, as even low levels of RF manifests as 6-10 db of noise if there is a problem. Having worked a lot with transistors over the years I have found that tubes are a little easier as there are less diode opportunities, but you still have to be careful!
