PS - I just looked up your system and....

read a response your you to another post. If there is no reason why you cannot do this for starters I would put your speakers in front of the short wall, bring your speakers out from the wall so the drivers are about 5 to 6 feet from the wall. I'd move them to about 2 to 3 feet from the side wall (measured from the tweeter) and triangulate your listening position with that being at the apex of the triangle. I've had good luck with the listening position being about 6' to a foot further back than the speakers are apart. Then, I would toe in the speakers so that the axis crosses a foot +/- in front of your head so that you can see the outside edges of your speaker boxes.

A good starting spot but its only that, a place to start as well as a relatively novel ideal about the toe in recommendations (I didn't discover it by accident, actually it is a set up used by pro's in small rooms and strange/difficult environments. It has many benefits and few negatives except the speakers will look odd to folks who are visually accoustomed to more traditional toe in.

Hope this has helped a bit...........
