While I agree wholeheartedly that organ music is the way to test bass, I feel I should point out that a lot of *Bach* recordings won't give you what you want. You see, a lot of organists will not use 32' stops in Bach for historical accuracy reasons, so just buying any old "Bach Organ Recording" might not lead to those 16 Hz rumbles. Now of course, there are lots of discs you can buy that will have Bach played in all kinds of ways, and many of them contain 16 Hz info, but you have to know what you're looking for.The track I always use is from Organ Fireworks III recorded by Christopher Herrick at St. Eustache, Paris (on Hyperion label). Track 3 especially has some awesome bass!
Other good suggestions are the Dorian recordings by Jean Guillou at various organs. His transcription of Pictures at an Exhibition has lots of low bass.
