Old news. Demagnetizing tracks have been around ever since the original Sheffield/XLO Test & Burn-in CD in the early 90s. There's been the Gryphon Exorcist, then the Sheffield/RR Test CD, then Sheffield MDMS, Purist Audio, and some other similar product from other audio manufacturers.What I currently use is the Sheffield MDMS. The resulting increase in dynamic contrast and resolution can be eye popping.
