OK, here we go!

1. High purity metal fuse wire.
2. High purity metal end caps.
3. Silver solder for connecting end caps to fuse wire.
4. Vibration control: ceramic body, non-conductive damping fluid inside fuse, apply dampening material to the end caps after installation.
5. Check for proper direction. That's half the battle right there.
6. Use some method of EMI/RFI rejection, could be Graphene, perhaps graphite, or audiophile contact enhancer like graphene-based or silver content paste. This will prevent micro arcing and increase metal to metal contact area.
7. Paint end caps with wide tip Violet Sharpie permanent marker.
8. Freeze in home freezer for 48 hrs. Allow fuse to reach room temperature before inserting. Alternatively, send the completed fuse to a Cryo lab. At the same time you can send some cables or CDs or whatever since there is probably a minimum charge.
