Here are some edits to my last response.Dear Caymus,
I addressed that issue and for reasons I chose not to go into, and stated that I made a huge mistake when I opened up the topic of the processes involved in the RealityCheckCD Duplicators. But I've also said many times that the cleaner and treatments were part of an overall synergistic package. But making treatments is quite expensive from both an R & D standpoint, not to mention the lost of economic opportunities when I was engaged in the necessary R & D and to that you may add that to the actual cost of the ingredients.
Now if some of that was factored into the price of the duplicator, perhaps you'll understand. Please let me know as soon as you make it so abundantly clear to the audiophile community, that after making sure your media's being playback in the correct absolute polarity, that nothing makes more difference to the evaluation of your entire system and how close an emotional connection you make with the music you love than the quality of the media.
Those two factors alone trump everything else. So if you enjoy finding out that you may have blown some big bucks on your system because your making evaluations with out of absolute polarity media and poor source material then you don't need my permission. Because you’ve had lots of company as well as plenty of bad advice from wannabe audiophile gurus that sent you into an audio black hole. Now that it’s become abundantly clear that we’ve strayed further from the path of high fidelity, a number of wannabes audiophile gurus may have a lot of explaining to do. Because reality with its nasty habit of catching up us is coming to us all is just at the beginning of a new dawning of musical appreciation because at long last the ugly truth has been revealed for all to hear who want to hear (but I know that there’s none so deaf as those who will not hear). after it’s being missing in action for the last 18 years. But the sadist truth of all is that the new dawn of truth in audio [TAS now and forever] makes most abundantly and painfully clear that life is short but music is infinite.
Best regards,
George, Perfect Polarity Punditâ„¢
