You say, "The DBT that proves all amplifiers sound THE SAME",
which is another false statement.Correct, because it is the nature of DBTs that they cannot prove the negative proposition that there is no difference . They can only prove that no difference was provable under the conditions test. On the other hand, a DBT can prove that differences do exist.
Without being an expert scientific experiment designer, my guess is that Sound Advice 's test design & setup was not only sufficiently good but also so well documented that it could repeated by anyone interested. This is at least one important scientific criterion that I suggest was met.
You have unequivocally denounce Sound Advice 's test as "no test" without knowing any details of the test other than the few that I happened to mention. When people make pronoucements in ignorance, they may be accused of closed-mindedness or have a personal agenda.
On the one hand you accuse me of "baiting" golden ears, now you accuse me of trying to prove the Objectivists wrong. For one thing I don't believe that all Objectivists believe that 'all amps sound the same'. Are you an Objectivist? Do you speak for them all?
