I am testing an RCS 2.0, digital in and digital out. The unit works miracles on tonal balance and imaging. However, I am sensing a loss of dynamic contrast - not absolute loudness, but the speed and degreee of contrast on the fly-- the music seems a little less 'alive.' I'm wondering what I may be doing wrong or forgetting to do -- or whether my ears just need some time to adjust. I wonder if any other TacT owners will share their perceptions and/or suggestions.
