I'm getting a pair of ATC SCM 40 V2 speakers. According to the write ups, the speaker has extremely low distortion parameters, including the bass registers. Is that because of the drivers?
I'll be using a Devialet Expert Pro as the amp source. The Expert Pro has Speaker Active Matching , which uses DSP to modify/improve the response below 150 Hz. This should also reduce distortion. The dealer also said that the ATC will be easier to integrate with the subwoofer as opposed to a ported speaker. Thoughts?
