Just did a quick Google and found a link which may be useful.
Click on the link and you'll find the relevant paragraph under the subheading 'The Design' where it describes an adaptor with a photograph further down.
If this isn't suitable you might try contacting the same supplier to see what else they have or simply browse their catalogue online.
